“The sourdough course is one of the best things I've ever done. Having tried, and failed, to make sourdough in the past I am now making really delicious bread every week. Enrico is so passionate and interesting and keen to share his knowledge, and really gave me the confidence to be able to go solo, especially since he provides detailed notes for everything. You can learn things from YouTube, but nothing beats having a real person showing you exactly what to do, and how to adapt to your own situation. We had a great experience attending the in-person sourdough bread making course with Enrico. Everything was extremely well organized from start to finish. He showed up on time, brought everything that was needed plus some gifts to get us going on our bread journey, and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow throughout the day.
Enrico explain the process in a way that’s both thorough and approachable, making even complex steps feel manageable. The atmosphere was relaxed, enjoyable, and genuinely fun — it never felt rushed or overwhelming. It was a fantastic gift idea, something truly memorable and useful rather than just a one-off experience.
On top of the hands-on learning, he even brought delicious food to enjoy during lunch, which was very kind and considerate given that the workshop runs for the better part of the day. The lifelong support he offers after the course is a huge bonus — knowing you can reach out later with questions makes a big difference. He left us feeling confident, inspired, and excited to bake at home. Highly recommended!

The pizza and focaccia making course with Enrico was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Everything was clearly communicated in advance and the half day workshop flew very quickly. The course was engaging, hands on and friendly. It’s the kind of experience that makes you feel comfortable and confident, regardless of your starting level.
As an Italian, Enrico is very passionate about pizza and shares lots of stories and good ideas for toppings for a different pizza night with friends. It is really not difficult to bake healthy and good looking pizza and focaccia in your own home, if you know few tricks and where to source the right ingredients and build a routine around your schedule.

I had a gift of the sourdough bread making day. I was looking forward to it but never thought I would carry on making bread afterwards which I have. Enrico was amazing and provided everything we needed including lunch which was delicious. Enrico explained everything and repeated it if I didn’t get it the first time. I would highly recommend one of Enrico’s course/experience it was a very good day.

Enrico is not only passionate about sourdough, he is also a scientist. He taught me not only the ‘How', but also the ‘Why’, helping me to understand why the process of bread-making is so important. Enrico is also terrific company - he arrived with sourdough pizza, salad & wine - and we had a wonderful lunch together.
After the day, Enrico was there at any time at the end of a text/phone to ensure I had a pain-free journey to the perfect sourdough loaf. I have made my own bread ever since!
